How did I become an ordinary To Extraordinary mentor/coach? I know what it’s like to be ordinary and so lost inside that you can’t find yourself. Too worried about what people think…and what people think about you. I knew who I was when I was younger, but fell into the trap of peer pressure – wanting to be liked, popular, the cool kid.

See, I was the different one when I was younger – intuitive, knew things that other people my age had no clue about. I was smart and not afraid to stand in my brilliance. I not only knew about Plato’s The Cave, but I got the meaning behind it – at age 13. Who knows these things?? When high school came around, I wanted to “be like” the other kids, so I “dumbed” myself down and fit in – I became ordinary. When you are an out-of-the-box thinker and end up trying to squeeze back into the box, it can be rather tight fit.  But, I didn’t mind the squeeze at the time because I “fit in” and “was normal”.

We are able to endure a long span of time in-the-box if we are not ready to accept Who we are at a soul level. But at some point change is inevitable in our lives, whether we actively create it or not. Opportunities will come in and out of our lives and until we are ready to open our eyes, and our heart, to grab hold of those life lessons, they will conveniently repeat themselves until we are ready.

So, when did I step outside the box and become Extraordinary? It took a while, but I stepped out of that comfort zone, just enough, and realized I like the Spirited Soul that I was.  I am an Entrepreneur, a sales person, writer, business woman, wellness-junkie, techno-geek, Guardian Angel, athlete, chocolatier. I am a Soul-Surfer riding the waves of life and enjoying the ride. That is CLARITY! Your soul knows who you are, but what happens is we forget along the way by trying to hide behind the “average” person. I turned my unique talents into my Extra-ordinary GOLD!

Well, the truth – no one is average! We have unique gifts and talents that are our TRUE GOLD. We are all born to live a “different ” life – so live it! Find your CLARITY. Stop being afraid to be different. Be Unique, Be Wonderful and Be Extraordinary! Shout it from the roof tops – because you have a message that people long to hear.
